Terms & Conditions:-
– All pre purchase transactions will require a notice period of minimum 5 working days from Mondays to Fridays. No bookings on Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays.
– Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the event of any last minute cancellation/”no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been confirmed.
– FREE admission for children below 90 cm in height. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within Sunway Lagoon.
– Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit.
– All wristband tags are only allowed entry only on the date of purchase.
– All the tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE will be entertained.
– All transactions in the park are done via cash or E-load. E-load can be loaded at Ticketing Counter.
– Unused balance of E-load is able to get a refund on the same day at Ticketing Counter before 7 pm.
